not really essential however total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not exactly sure just how much that really is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time however back here so I simply wished to provide some like final thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a quick overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are look I believe it’s really great for like tension type of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I need to’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really hectic task or something like that I think also another really great actually terrific prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
