Not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway …Betterhelp Coach…so um it’s not extremely instant in that regard like talking about things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you might need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of talk about it like a typical discussion however with talk space you might state this and then it might be five hours later on and after that they may state oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your pals you know what I suggest like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something good to consider you know something that did trouble me a bit initially yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a good bit less expensive than entering to speak to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the real price like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking truly since like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any problems about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t know that was just something I thought of however that’s.

not very important but overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m not sure how much that actually is just me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I simply wanted to offer some like last ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to give a brief overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are look I believe it’s actually good for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I must’ve said that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so basically I think it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really busy job or something like that I believe likewise another actually great really terrific candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance is actually spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyway however like I need to exercise some insurance things prior to I even like think about this so I suggest I think it’s a terrific service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually enjoy I watch all of her videos and she spoke about it but I don’t remember what that one was called I can insert it here again and that resembles something similar so if you wish to check out that one to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk space was due to the fact that my partner was type of pressing me to do something to do treatment because he understood that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he sort of was the one who was saying hey you must truly talk with someone and he knew about talk area therefore that was the one that he really recommended me to utilize that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good ideas about however once again like it’s really like discussed a lot through sponsorships which’s basically the only way I have actually ever become aware of it I have not truly heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this however yeah I think it’s I believe it’s a terrific service for what it is I believe it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was sort of starting to say prior to if you have much deeper problems if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it is very important to be seeing someone in person particularly if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to talk about more thorough concerns there’s something I have actually sort of noticed like clearly these are deep.

issues since they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that are like worrying you or things that are making anxious or depressed however I tend to discover that it’s a bit better for just more I’m truly anxious about starting a new task I am actually distressed about you understand graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some things then I think it would be terrific um it also depends on like how comfy you are like talking to a phone like I know that that sounds strange but like do you video chat with your buddies do you you understand what I mean due to the fact that if you don’t then I seem like it’s gon na be truly weird like you holding up a phone or like talking with your laptop since it’s gon na resemble this odd like artificial thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s kind of like fine whatever like this is regular that’s something I observed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m sort of utilized to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be weird if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely advise it to anybody who travels like full-time since that would be remarkable like then you could in fact have therapy if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
