Not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway …Betterhelp/Conan…so um it’s not extremely rapid because regard like going over things it’s rapid that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a typical discussion however with talk space you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they might state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your friends you know what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something great to consider you know something that did bother me a bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a good bit cheaper than entering to talk to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual rate like here someone it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking really since like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have truly any complaints about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.

not really essential however general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m not sure how much that really is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I simply wished to provide some like last thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a brief overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s actually great for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s actually great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe also another really excellent really fantastic candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I likewise do not like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyway however like I need to work out some insurance coverage stuff prior to I even like think about this so I suggest I think it’s a terrific service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk area and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I really like I watch all of her videos and she discussed it but I do not remember what that one was called I can place it here once again and that resembles something similar so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk space was because my sweetheart was sort of pushing me to do something to do treatment since he understood that I was going through a lot of tension so so he type of was the one who was saying hey you need to really speak to somebody and he learnt about talk space therefore that was the one that he actually suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about but again like it’s truly like spoken about a lot through sponsorships and that’s pretty much the only way I’ve ever heard of it I have not really heard of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this however yeah I think it’s I think it’s a terrific service for what it is I believe it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was type of beginning to state before if you have deeper issues if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is necessary to be seeing someone face to face especially if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to discuss more in-depth problems there’s something I’ve sort of seen like certainly these are deep.
problems because they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making distressed or depressed however I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for just more I’m truly anxious about beginning a new task I am truly anxious about you know graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some things then I believe it would be fantastic um it likewise depends on like how comfortable you are like talking to a phone like I understand that that sounds weird however like do you video chat with your buddies do you you know what I mean because if you don’t then I feel like it’s gon na be truly weird like you holding up a phone or like talking with your laptop due to the fact that it’s gon na be like this odd like synthetic thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s type of like fine whatever like this is typical that’s something I saw I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m sort of used to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would definitely recommend it to anyone who travels like full-time because that would be awesome like then you could really have therapy if that’s not something that is an alternative to you.
