not really important but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with typical regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m uncertain just how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wished to provide some like final thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a quick overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s actually great for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I must’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so essentially I think it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think likewise another truly terrific actually great candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
