Not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway …Betterhelp Investors…so um it’s not very instant because regard like going over things it’s rapid that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a normal conversation however with talk area you might say this and then it might be 5 hours later and after that they might state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I indicate like you can call someone and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your discussion at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something great to think of you understand something that did bother me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it appears to be an excellent bit cheaper than going in to speak with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real price like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking actually because like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have really any complaints about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was simply something I thought of but that’s.

not extremely essential but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not exactly sure just how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to give some like last ideas I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to offer a short overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s truly helpful for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little however like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I ought to’ve stated that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so basically I think it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe also another truly excellent actually excellent candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
