Not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway …Betterhelp Jami White…so um it’s not really immediate in that regard like discussing things it’s rapid that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you might have to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of speak about it like a typical conversation however with talk space you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your friends you know what I indicate like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something great to think of you understand something that did trouble me a little bit initially yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a good bit less expensive than going in to speak to someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real price like here someone it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly since like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any problems about it besides perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was just something I thought about however that’s.

not really essential but general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about but I’m not sure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once however back here so I simply wished to offer some like last ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a quick introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s truly helpful for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so essentially I believe it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly busy task or something like that I believe also another truly fantastic really great prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I likewise don’t like insurance coverage is actually spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyhow however like I need to work out some insurance things before I even like think about this so I suggest I think it’s a terrific service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I really enjoy I see all of her videos and she discussed it but I do not remember what that one was called I can insert it here once again which’s like something similar so if you want to look into that one to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk space was because my boyfriend was kind of pushing me to do something to do treatment since he knew that I was going through a lot of tension so so he type of was the one who was saying hey you must really talk with someone and he learnt about talk space and so that was the one that he truly recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about but again like it’s actually like spoken about a lot through sponsorships which’s basically the only method I’ve ever heard of it I haven’t actually heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this however yeah I think it’s I believe it’s a great service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was sort of starting to state before if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it is necessary to be seeing somebody personally particularly if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to speak about more extensive issues there’s something I’ve kind of noticed like obviously these are deep.
issues because they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that resemble stressing you or things that are making anxious or depressed but I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for simply more I’m truly anxious about beginning a brand-new task I am truly anxious about you understand graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um but like I stated if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some things then I think it would be great um it likewise depends upon like how comfortable you resemble talking to a phone like I know that that sounds strange however like do you video chat with your friends do you you know what I indicate due to the fact that if you don’t then I seem like it’s gon na be really weird like you holding up a phone or like talking with your laptop computer due to the fact that it’s gon na resemble this unusual like artificial thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s type of like alright whatever like this is normal that’s something I discovered I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m type of used to it however I seemed like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would absolutely suggest it to any person who takes a trip like full-time because that would be awesome like then you could in fact have treatment if that’s not something that is an alternative to you.
