not very important however overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I imply it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m unsure how much that really is simply me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to give some like last thoughts I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a quick summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s actually great for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I believe also another actually great actually great prospect to utilize talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
