Not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway …Betterhelp Phobias…so um it’s not very instantaneous in that regard like going over things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a typical conversation however with talk space you might say this and then it might be five hours later and then they might say oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your good friends you understand what I suggest like you can call someone and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to consider you know something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a good bit cheaper than entering to speak with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually since like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of nice the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any complaints about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.

not extremely important however general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular regular therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not exactly sure just how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at once but back here so I just wished to give some like final ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a brief introduction and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are look I think it’s truly great for like stress kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so essentially I believe it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think also another actually great really excellent prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance is really spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway but like I need to exercise some insurance stuff before I even like think about this so I mean I believe it’s a fantastic service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I really love I view all of her videos and she discussed it but I do not remember what that a person was called I can place it here once again and that resembles something comparable so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk space was due to the fact that my sweetheart was sort of pushing me to do something to do therapy because he knew that I was going through a lot of stress so so he kind of was the one who was stating hey you should actually talk to someone and he learnt about talk area and so that was the one that he actually recommended me to utilize that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about but once again like it’s really like discussed a lot through sponsorships and that’s basically the only way I have actually ever become aware of it I have not actually become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to post this but yeah I believe it’s I believe it’s an excellent service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was sort of starting to state before if you have deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is essential to be seeing someone personally specifically if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to talk about more in-depth issues there’s something I’ve kind of discovered like clearly these are deep.
