Not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyhow …Betterhelp Psychologist…so um it’s not really rapid because regard like going over things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you might have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a normal discussion but with talk space you may say this and then it might be five hours later on and then they might say oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your pals you know what I suggest like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something good to think about you understand something that did bother me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a good bit cheaper than going in to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here somebody it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking truly since like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any grievances about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was simply something I thought of but that’s.

not really important but overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I imply it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m not sure how much that really is just me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once but back here so I just wanted to provide some like final thoughts I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a brief overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit tough if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s really great for like tension type of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I imply I think I ought to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s really excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy job or something like that I think also another really excellent actually terrific prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
