Not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway …Betterhelp Suicidal…so um it’s not extremely instantaneous because regard like discussing things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a regular discussion but with talk space you might state this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and then they might say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your buddies you know what I indicate like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something excellent to consider you understand something that did trouble me a little bit at first yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a good bit cheaper than entering to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here someone it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have actually any complaints about it other than possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was simply something I considered however that’s.

not very essential but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been great up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m not exactly sure just how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to provide some like last thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a quick summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s really helpful for like stress type of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not little however like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think also another truly great really great prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is really spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyway but like I require to work out some insurance stuff prior to I even like think of this so I mean I think it’s a terrific service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk space and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I actually like I see all of her videos and she spoke about it but I don’t remember what that one was called I can insert it here again which resembles something comparable so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk space was since my partner was kind of pressing me to do something to do therapy due to the fact that he knew that I was going through a lot of stress so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you should really talk to somebody and he understood about talk area therefore that was the one that he truly recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good ideas about however again like it’s actually like talked about a lot through sponsorships and that’s practically the only method I’ve ever become aware of it I haven’t really become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to post this however yeah I think it’s I think it’s an excellent service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I believe like I was sort of beginning to say prior to if you have deeper problems if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is essential to be seeing somebody personally specifically if it’s you understand things that it’s simply it’s it’s harder to discuss more thorough concerns there’s something I have actually type of observed like clearly these are deep.
