Not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow …Betterhelp Synesthesia…so um it’s not really instantaneous because regard like talking about things it’s instant that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a regular conversation but with talk space you may state this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and then they might state oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your friends you know what I indicate like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think about you understand something that did bother me a bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a great bit more affordable than entering to speak to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here someone it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have actually any grievances about it besides perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was simply something I thought about but that’s.

not very essential but general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m not sure how much that actually is just me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I just wished to provide some like last thoughts I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a short summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s truly good for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not little however like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so basically I think it’s really good if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy job or something like that I believe also another truly great actually terrific candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance coverage is really spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway but like I require to work out some insurance coverage stuff prior to I even like think about this so I suggest I believe it’s an excellent service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly enjoy I enjoy all of her videos and she talked about it but I do not remember what that a person was called I can insert it here once again which’s like something similar so if you want to look into that a person to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk space was because my sweetheart was kind of pushing me to do something to do treatment since he knew that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he type of was the one who was stating hey you must actually talk with somebody and he learnt about talk space and so that was the one that he really recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like advantages about but once again like it’s truly like talked about a lot through sponsorships which’s pretty much the only way I’ve ever heard of it I have not actually become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this but yeah I believe it’s I believe it’s a fantastic service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was sort of starting to say before if you have deeper problems if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is necessary to be seeing someone personally particularly if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s more difficult to speak about more extensive problems there’s something I have actually kind of observed like clearly these are deep.
concerns because they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that are like worrying you or things that are making depressed or nervous however I tend to find that it’s a bit better for just more I’m actually nervous about beginning a brand-new task I am truly anxious about you understand finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um however like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some things then I believe it would be terrific um it also depends on like how comfy you are like speaking with a phone like I understand that that sounds strange however like do you video chat with your buddies do you you understand what I mean since if you do not then I seem like it’s gon na be really odd like you holding up a phone or like talking with your laptop since it’s gon na be like this unusual like synthetic thing however like if you’re utilized to that then it’s sort of like fine whatever like this is normal that’s something I saw I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m kind of used to it however I seemed like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would certainly advise it to anybody who travels like full-time because that would be amazing like then you might actually have therapy if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
