not very crucial but overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not sure how much that actually is simply me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time however back here so I simply wanted to provide some like final thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a brief overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s actually great for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s really excellent if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic task or something like that I think also another really terrific actually great prospect to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
