not very important but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been very good so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m not exactly sure just how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to give some like last ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to provide a short summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are look I think it’s really good for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I ought to’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so basically I think it’s really excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I think also another truly great actually excellent candidate to use talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
