not very crucial but overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m uncertain how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once however back here so I simply wanted to provide some like final thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a brief overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s really helpful for like tension type of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I ought to’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s really excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think likewise another truly terrific really great candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
