not extremely crucial but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been great so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with typical normal therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m uncertain just how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once but back here so I just wished to provide some like final thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a brief overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s truly helpful for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I think I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so essentially I believe it’s actually great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe also another actually excellent actually terrific prospect to utilize talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
