not very essential but overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been very good up until now um I imply it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with normal normal therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m not sure how much that really is just me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wished to give some like final thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a brief overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s actually helpful for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so basically I believe it’s actually excellent if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe also another actually terrific really fantastic candidate to utilize talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t.
