Not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow …Matt Lawson Betterhelp…so um it’s not very rapid in that regard like discussing things it’s rapid that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest but you might need to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a typical discussion but with talk space you may say this and then it might be 5 hours later on and then they might say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your buddies you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something excellent to consider you understand something that did trouble me a little bit initially yeah the one good thing to it seems to be a great bit less expensive than going in to speak with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual cost like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly due to the fact that like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have truly any complaints about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was just something I considered however that’s.

not very essential but total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m unsure how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously however back here so I simply wanted to give some like final ideas I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to give a brief summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s actually great for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not little however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s actually excellent if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I think also another truly great really terrific candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance is actually spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyhow but like I require to work out some insurance coverage stuff before I even like think of this so I mean I think it’s an excellent service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I really love I enjoy all of her videos and she talked about it however I don’t remember what that a person was called I can insert it here again and that resembles something similar so if you wish to check out that a person to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk space was due to the fact that my boyfriend was kind of pushing me to do something to do therapy because he knew that I was going through a lot of tension so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you must truly talk to someone and he learnt about talk area therefore that was the one that he really recommended me to utilize that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good things about however once again like it’s truly like spoken about a lot through sponsorships and that’s practically the only method I’ve ever heard of it I have not truly heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this however yeah I believe it’s I think it’s a fantastic service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was sort of beginning to state before if you have deeper issues if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I believe that it is essential to be seeing someone in person particularly if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to discuss more thorough issues there’s something I’ve type of seen like certainly these are deep.
